A collaboration between chef Bea Soto and designer Isabel Jane Marvel
at the American Academy in Rome.
A seafood dinner for 70 people at the famous long table at the AAR,
as part of the Rome SUstainable Food Project.
Instead of throwing away the shells from food preparation,
they became incorporated as the centerpiece of the long table,
integrating their way onto the table cloth through embroidery.
